Job Summary

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled glazier to join our team. As a glass installation specialist, you will be responsible for installing glass products, including windows, doors, and mirrors. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of our installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a secure and watertight seal
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on best practices
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the glazing industry
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
