Job Summary:

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and developing programs for patients with various physical and rehabilitation needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of physiotherapy principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
  • Current active registration and licensure with the College of Physiotherapist of Manitoba.
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is recommended.
  • Experience in extended care rehabilitation is an asset.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages (French and English) is required.
