Agile Transformation Specialist

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support our team in driving Agile transformation across multiple teams and programs. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in empowering our teams to adopt Agile principles and practices, ensuring successful delivery of large strategic system development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate team workshops to introduce Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and individual/team roles and responsibilities.
- Lead the creation, delivery, and strategy of Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors on agency Agile processes, tools, and policies.
- Provide ongoing Agile Coaching support for new Agile teams throughout multiple iterations.
- Help teams with sprint planning and implementation, and provide ad-hoc coaching to refine their processes.
- Embed an Agile culture using techniques from various Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.
- Ensure Agile project metrics are tracked and monitored for potential problem areas and assist teams in identifying solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of practical Agile experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile concepts, including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
- Experience with launching Agile Release Trains, building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture, and empowering a Lean Portfolio.
- Master's degree or higher in Information Technology-related field.
- Certifications in Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, or equivalent.
