Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work with our clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' business requirements, designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business needs
  • Work with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies

Requirements

  • Have graduated no earlier than 2022, and will be graduating no later than 2024
  • Have an Associate's Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree by date of employment
  • Exception: This program does not accept MBA or PhD candidates/graduates
  • Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
  • Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with coding and database management
  • Basic knowledge of C++, C, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, Python, SQL, and ASP.NET
