About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Brainhunter. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Midstream Analytics Platform Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Midstream Analytics Platform, ensuring it aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for the program.
  • Partner with business units and third-party service providers to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize business needs, ensuring technical resources are allocated effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of relevant applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Palantir.
  • Extensive project and program management experience.
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor support resources.
  • Knowledge and/or experience working with both waterfall and agile delivery approaches.
  • Expertise with Integrated Business Planning toolsets (Anaplan, OneStream, or similar competing products), Allegro and JDE would be considered an asset.
