We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Partner Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Lendcare partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide World-Class Customer Service: Respond to partner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our financial products and services to provide accurate information to partners.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or business-to-business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
