About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at BOSCO FAMILY. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our clients, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Exercise and Activity: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to help maintain their physical health and mobility.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
