About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care - Toronto Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Encourage social interaction and provide companionship to seniors.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to our office.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
Work Environment

Our Home Health Care Workers work in a variety of settings, including private homes and assisted living facilities.
