Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Visitor - Supportive Care Specialist to join our team at the Northern Health Region. As a key member of our supportive care team, you will provide essential support and care to families and newborns in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Demonstrate infant care to new parents
- Shop for food and household supplies
Work Environment:
- Non-smoking environment
- Varied locations, including employer's home
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
