We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Visitor to join our team at the Northern Health Region. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Demonstrate infant care to new parents
  • Shop for food and household supplies

As a Home Visitor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to support their goals. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
