About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Visitor to join our team at the Northern Health Region. As a Home Visitor, you will provide supportive care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Demonstrate infant care to new parents
  • Shop for food and household supplies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
