At Eli Lilly and Company, we are committed to making life better for people around the world. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in creating and enabling employees to acquire deep expertise within the therapeutic areas they are responsible for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs that build clinical confidence and product knowledge for our sales force.
  • Conduct needs and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local selling environments, marketplace trends, and affiliate/business unit objectives.
  • Establish and ensure consistent use of processes and tools to manage projects and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an important asset
  • Ability to connect with a broad range of audiences and leverage the use of virtual training platforms
  • Highly skilled in project management and Microsoft Office tools – Excel, PPT, Word, Teams etc.
  • Strong influence, communication, and networking skills to build relationships with cross-functional leadership and peers
  • Proven decision-making and critical thinking skills to help guide strategic and tactical planning
