Junction- Indian Street food is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and create delicious Indian street food dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently.
  • Kitchen Management: Clean the kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Requirements

  • Cooking Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a cook or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Skill and Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
