Chief Risk Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk Officer to join our team at Fidelity International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the risk management function and ensuring the company's risk framework is aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors, and communicate risk-related information to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management is integrated into business decision-making.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management, and share knowledge with the team.
- Education: University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in risk management and risk programs, with prior experience in a compliance and back-office operations role.
- Professional Designation: Professional designation or certificate in risk management or internal control.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing projects and scaling processes with company growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk information to senior management and stakeholders.
