Job Title: Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and guidance
  • Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience and drive sales and retention
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions and resolving any banking issues
  • Actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs and preferences
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and referrals


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a demonstrated passion for putting clients first and a proven track record of success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment. You should also possess strong problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients. Additionally, you should be flexible, eager to learn, and have a strong personal ethic and a hunger for success.
