Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Quantum Futures. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $**65,000**-$**85,000**, depending on experience. Our company offers a hybrid work environment with 30-40 hours of work per week, providing a great balance between work and personal life.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop, install, integrate, and operate computer-based systems. You will be responsible for defining system functionality, developing flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions, and evaluating the performance and reliability of system designs.

You will also prepare plans to maintain software, research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems, upgrade and maintain software, and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.

Additionally, you will consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, conduct tests, and perform security and quality controls.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.

You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to have proficiency in Jira, Java, SQL, Git, and Python, as well as attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
