Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at the Hamilton General Hospital's Cardiovascular ICU. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development and implementation of our unit's strategies and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those requiring advanced life support interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in critical care nursing
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Level 3 critical care unit (as defined by CCSO)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
What We Offer
