Skilled Carpenter Wanted for Skookum Scaffolding Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at Skookum Scaffolding Ltd. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures, buildings, and other infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Construction and Repair: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by wearing personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed safety boots, hard hats, and safety glasses/goggles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
