Welder - TIG Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder - TIG Specialist to join our team at Soumah Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using TIG welding techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret welding process specifications and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
- Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all welding tasks.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
- Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques and processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Custom fabrication experience.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments.
