About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder - TIG Specialist to join our team at Soumah Incorporated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using TIG welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate execution.
  • Metal Fabrication: Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, working with steel, iron, and heavy metals.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Utilize gas welding machines and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all welding tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy industrial setting.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
