We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Beauty Studio, ensuring that our Beauty Advisors are adequately trained to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Beauty Studio, including training and development of Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure that our technology innovations are leveraged to provide an elevated in-store experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system, including publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and classes.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Participate in performance management situations and provide timely feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
