Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].
Key Responsibilities:- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Organize and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
- Maintain certifications, licenses, and memberships, including Food Service Manager Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
- Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, point of sale systems, and spreadsheets to manage daily operations.
- Ensure security and safety protocols are in place, including being bondable and having a valid driver's license.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking to perform job duties, including standing for extended periods.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
