About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Prepare and package take-out food, and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives as required.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
