Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
