Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Simcoe Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively as a team player and communicate efficiently with colleagues and management.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
The work environment is noisy, wet/damp, and hot. The work setting is a food service establishment. The supervisor will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
