Master Builders Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Underground Construction Segment Specialist to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers in the underground construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with target accounts, including engineering firms, contractors, and underground construction organizations.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our chemical injection products and equipment.
- Sell our products and services to target accounts, providing account-centric solutions and driving new business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and identify trends to develop action plans for prioritized and assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise across all product lines and market applications.
- Represent our business at tradeshows and seminars, promoting our products and technologies through hands-on demonstrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Mining Technology.
- 5 years of industry experience, including sales and business experience related to the mining industry.
- Knowledge of 'Mine Backfill' and Concrete and admixture technology.
- Working and demonstrated knowledge of ground support technologies in an underground mining environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid passport and driver's license, with the ability to travel 50% or more.
