Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at HomeEquity Bank. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Completed post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business process improvement, and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
