At ProViso Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful remediation of software currency across our client's portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to review and validate software currency remediation plans submitted by application teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will also be responsible for interacting with application owners to understand deficiencies, risks, and assumptions within the plans, as well as collecting status and any issues encountered during execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking ServiceNow requests for decommissioning or record system management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and validate software currency remediation plans for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
  • Basic understanding of project management and review of key milestone dates in plans.
  • Ability to track given tasks and identify dependencies.
  • Knowledge of computer and technical terminologies.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in MS Excel.
  • Experience with a software currency program would be a benefit.

  • Strong analytical skills.

Education & Certificates

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
