Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Train Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have sufficient stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
