Job Title: Call Center Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Manager to join our team. As a Call Center Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and customer service abilities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
