Job Title: Call Center Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Call Center Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through effective coaching, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
