Job Description

This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager Nordics / Nordic Country Manager and is responsible for:

  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential and existing customers to present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our medical devices or products.
  • Identifying customer needs and preferences and recommending the most suitable solutions.
  • Providing after-sales service and support to customers, answering queries and providing training and technical assistance.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and records of activities and performance.
  • Researching and analyzing trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Attending and participating in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network with potential customers and promote our brand and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer-first attitude and proven experience in medical device sales.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
