At Renesas Electronics, we're seeking a talented Co-op Applications Engineer to join our team. As a Co-op Applications Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in measuring the performance of our flagship timing devices for the wireless and data center markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Measure the typical performance of our phase locked loop (PLL) devices on the bench
- Automate measurement processes using Python scripting
- Work extensively in the lab, utilizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and function generators
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Coursework in circuit analysis and control system theory
- Strong understanding of frequency domain signals analysis, including BODE plots, FFTs, and spectrum analysis
- Experience with lab equipment and Python programming
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow
