Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RK Pharmacy Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Order merchandise, establish work schedules, and oversee the management of cash and finances.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Non-smoking environment.
- Air-conditioned store.
- Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA).
- Permanent work term.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
