Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team at HCLTech. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow projects and teams.
  • Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and scripting.
  • Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture.
