Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 10+years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including hands-on experience with various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
  • Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role, with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
  • Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
  • Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
