Job Description:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. p>

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  2. Proven experience in developing and configuring complex ServiceNow projects.
  3. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web development technologies.
  2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security model.
  3. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
  4. Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, IRE, and the CMDB health and remediation rules.
  5. Experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow mobile apps.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

  1. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  3. Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g.,
