Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All For You Trucking ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth movement of supplies and materials between departments, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring the efficient movement of supplies and materials.
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments and prepare and submit reports.
  • Maintain work records and logs, and oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, and arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
