Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All For You Trucking ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning and organizing transportation services, tracking and completing work orders, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize transportation services, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and goods.
  • Track and complete work orders, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations, and oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
