We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All For You Trucking ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including planning, organizing, and directing daily operations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports, maintain work records and logs, and oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensure transport compliance with regulations, and oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, organized, reliable, accurate, initiative, and analytical
