Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Triple O's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive dining experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we are getting the best quality and value for our money.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
