We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Triple O's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of food and supply inventory, negotiating arrangements with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
