Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Patna Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
