Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Patna Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
- Dependability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Reliability: Proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
