Lead the Way in Financial Planning

At Farm Credit Canada, we're seeking a seasoned leader to drive our integrated financial planning process. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, targets, and forecasts that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Lead a high-performing team of financial analysts and planners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and management
Requirements:
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations
