Financial Operations Manager

Biznes Financial Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a financial control or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
