Job Overview:

The Digital Leadership Director is a client-focused role responsible for tactical leadership across all digital initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Client Services, this individual will be an integral member of the Account team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction for digital growth opportunities in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  2. Lead digital engagements based on client needs, working closely with product and creative leadership groups.
  3. Manage day-to-day digital client contact and cross-functional team operations.
  4. Foster relationships with key digital clients, ensuring regular communication.
  5. Oversee internal digital teams and lead client communications, setting expectations and managing deliverables quality.
  6. Manage client budget and billing processes, contributing to forecasting estimates.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
  8. Establish client-specific processes to ensure budget and timeline efficiencies.
  9. Manage financial metrics related to the client, including billability, utilization, and revenue forecasts.
  10. Direct website-related initiatives, aligning with client goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. A minimum of 6 years in a management position, preferably in an agency environment, leading multiple top-tier clients across their digital campaigns and development initiatives.
  2. Experience across various verticals, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma, and Financial.
  3. A strong leader who understands how to work effectively in a fast-paced organization, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
  4. Experience in account planning, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.
  5. A track record of interacting and fostering relationships with clients.
  6. A solid understanding of project management methodologies and platforms.
  7. Experience directing clients with Website and App-related projects is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, employees at Dentsu Aegis Network enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and more.
