We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Patient Reimbursement Specialist to join our team at BioScript Solutions. As a key member of our NavieGo branch, you will be responsible for managing patient cases and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless reimbursement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient cases to obtain prescription drug coverage;
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions;
  • Coordinate documents, submissions, and paperwork with insurance companies and public/federal funding programs;
  • Foster relationships with key clinics and healthcare providers;
  • Coordinate with pharmacy processes to ensure timely reimbursement;
  • Stay up-to-date on public and private funding mechanisms;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in English and French is a must;
  • Prior experience in a reimbursement role is an asset;
  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset;
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively;
  • Out-of-the-box thinking approach;
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
