Job Title: Personal Lines CSR

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines CSR to join our team at BIG - Whitby. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up, supporting the sales and service team, and adhering to underwriting guidelines and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up
* Support the sales and service team
* Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes
* Manage Renewals: review and re-market policies, identify gaps and opportunities, make recommendations based on individual needs
* Opportunity to earn more through sales and monthly incentives

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1 year RIBO Lic and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience
* Ability to work independently and set daily tasks and goals
* Ability to organize and prioritize incoming tasks to meet client expectations
* Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
* Prior experience with Powerbroker (or similar) & Company Portals

**What We Offer:**
