We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Farm Worker to join our team at Four Seasons Farm Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop care, harvesting, and farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed
- Perform crop care tasks such as weeding, pruning, and irrigation
- Assist with harvesting and packing crops
- Conduct daily inspections of crops and report any issues to management
- Participate in farm maintenance tasks such as cleaning and repairing equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of crop care and farm maintenance practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with exposure to all weather conditions. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
